  • I understand that membership does not guarantee referrals, leads, contracts, sales, or business opportunities.
3Collaboration and community support
  • I will seek opportunities to build meaningful relationships, share knowledge, collaborate, and support fellow members when appropriate.

Membership does not create an employment relationship, legal partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between the organization and any member, unless separately established through a written agreement.

4Member due diligence

Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into business transactions, agreements, referrals, investments, or partnerships with other members. The organization is not responsible for independently verifying every member’s claims, credentials, or business performance.

5Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organization is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, debts, or business outcomes arising from transactions or relationships between members. Nothing in this form waives rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
